No surprises when it comes to costs
We maintain a 'no surprises' policy when it comes to costs and scope of work for clients. When instructions are received, PLN Lawyers will provide an estimate for the scope of work, and where possible break down the work into required steps.
We will not charge for preparing an estimate. PLN Lawyers will only commence work when we get confirmation from the client that the estimate is acceptable. We provide regular updates on where our costs are at, and how much has
been incurred on specific matters. We know that business circumstances
and transactions can change, and we promptly adapt to any new
instructions or changes to our scope of work.
Latest technology and international adaptability to facilitate our clients needs
We provide timely advice, which is delivered using the latest information technology resources to facilitate international relationships. Our team members are well experienced in travelling to attend to matters internationally and have the ability to adapt to working in Pacific and other jurisdictions on
client related legal matters with minimal trouble i.e. we ‘hit the
ground running’. Most of our team members have worked, travelled or lived internationally and appreciate the working environments and business cultures pertaining to individual countries and the Pacific region as a whole.
Consistent packaging and presentation of advice
Too often clients receive lengthy advice in archaic legal language without options being presented. All our advice is packaged in plain English for our clients. We adopt a consistent approach to formatting and presenting advice.
We maintain a large database of precedents in Sydney and an on-line law library to support our international practice.
Post transaction de-brief and scope for preparing and presenting in-house seminars to clients staff
We participate in post transaction de-briefs so that our clients and staff have the ability to provide feedback on transactions.
