Nitij Pal's expertise includes corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, offshore financial transactions (including conducting due diligence), banking and finance and regulatory compliance. He regularly advises clients from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the US, the BVI and Fiji on multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Nitij is an executive board member of the Australia-Fiji Business Council and the Australia Pacific Islands Business Council, along with being a member of the Australia-India Business Council.

Experience
Nitij completed his university qualifications in New Zealand and was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand. Nitij now resides in Sydney.

Prior to working at PLN Lawyers, Nitij worked for a top tier Australian law firm and a boutique commercial law firm in Sydney. His New Zealand experience is in public commercial law.

Nitij has extensive experience in achieving commercially focused outcomes for clients in corporate matters, banking and finance transactions, M&A transactions and regulatory compliance. He is PLN's one point contact for Australian, New Zealand and Fijian legal issues.
