Lena recently joined PLN as a solicitor. Her areas of practice include corporate and commercial work including mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructures of companies operating throughout Australia, the United States and the Pacific region.

Experience
Lena completed her studies in Australia before gathering work experience across various jurisdictions, including, Germany, England and the United States. Most recently, Lena worked in the private equity/mergers and acquisitions group in the Munich office of a leading American law firm.

She also has experience in general commercial, product liability and insurance law, as well as biotechnology, licensing and technology law.

Graduate Diploma of Legal Training from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia
Bachelor of Communications from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia
