Sam is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and International Business team, with a focus on cross-border M&A, corporate advisory and general commercial law matters. She is currently living in Fiji and working out of our Fiji affiliate office.

Having kick-started her legal career in Beijing at a top-tier international law firm, Sam is interested in the legal, regulatory and corporate governance issues affecting Chinese outbound investment transactions. Mandarin language skills and extensive in-country experience have developed her understanding of the opportunities and challenges of doing business with China. Sam’s experience includes involvement in a wide-range of private and public M&A transactions including joint ventures, private acquisitions, schemes and takeovers.

When she’s not at the office, Sam enjoys running, swimming, soccer and the outdoors. Extensive travel in the Pacific as well as China has sparked her desire to enhance and promote meaningful business collaboration between China and the Pacific.

当Sam不在办公室时，她喜爱跑步，游泳，足球以及其它户外活动。她在亚太地区积累的旅游经验引发了她对促进中国与太平洋之间的业务合作之愿望。
