Jinita is a high-performing finance executive with over 15 years experience in the Pacific with proven leadership in the private sector and regulatory roles. Strong commercial acumen with established credentials in business modelling, strategic planning, board collaboration and business development enables Jinita to provide commercial and pragmatic solutions to complex business and social enterprise problems.

Having headed the South Pacific Stock Exchange in Fiji for over 8 years, Jinita brings a depth of experience in engaging key with commercial leaders, decision-makers, governments and development agencies across the Pacific region. Throughout her career, Jinita has also passionately supported the development of the SME sector in the Pacific and has been an advocate for the financial inclusion of women within the business landscape, which is reflected in her numerous assignments and board engagements which support the economic empowerment of women.

Jinita is also fluent in Hindi as her second language.
