We are expanding and an opportunity has arisen for a PQE 4+ years lawyer to join the Pacific Legal Network team in Sydney.

​

This position would suit a motivated individual who enjoys direct client contact and is looking to advance their career by working alongside a leading team of talented legal practitioners who are dedicated to knowledge sharing.

​

This role will provide you with a wide variety of work across the Pacific region and will include exposure to a range of areas of law, including banking and finance, regulatory and compliance, and commercial and corporate law. You’ll also have the chance to work on mergers and acquisitions, general transactions, restructuring, and workouts, providing an interesting career path in an international context.

 

ABOUT YOU

​

• Four + years PQE

• Demonstrated experience working across a range of areas in corporate and commercial law

• Experience in, or a commitment to, the Pacific region

• A desire to expand on existing work experience in the Pacific region and to develop your own clients, contacts and practice in that region

• A strategic self-starter who is confident with business development either in person or across the various PLN social media platforms

• A team player willing to learn and take direction and can also work autonomously as required

• Be prepared to travel in and across the Pacific region

• Have excellent communication skills

• Be committed to excellence in client service

 

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check and be entitled to work in Australia.
